Rapid at-home results
The be.well diagnostic platform is aimed at transforming consumer healthcare with low-cost, easy to use, at-home diagnostic testing for highly infectious illnesses like Flu A/B and RSV. Early identification of infection can limit the spread and avoid patient complications.
Unblocking the Client
The project faced challenges related to the timeline, and the client was encountering difficulties with their contracted partner. My colleague and I took proactive steps to move the project forward and address the issues. We successfully rebranded the app to align with the CEO's vision, while enabling the engineering team to begin development. This approach ensured that we were well-positioned to pivot quickly when the focus shifted from Flu A/B to COVID-19 testing.
